My daily vitamins and nutrient supplements.

Many years ago (circa 1983), after reading about the foods and activities I should include within
"My Pyramid",
after a few minutes of reflection I realized that, on a daily basis, I was confronted
with (in my opinion) a "mission impossible" nutrition-and-exercise
regimen!
In years past, I have owned (and frequently used) various exercise equipment:
weights,
walkers,
cyclers,
rowers,
etc. In recent years, I have relied upon physical work and
walking
to provide me with variable amounts of exercise.
As for nutrition, well, perhaps I am not unique in NOT being able to eat, on a daily basis, all of the
suggested daily food servings
that might allow my body to
digest and
metabolize the
Suggested Optimal Daily Nutritional Allowances (SONA),
and to maintain
"good" metabolism.
Consistent with my desires that 'you know a bit about me' and 'that I help others', I share with you my 'daily list'
of vitamins and nutrient supplements:
I believe in the results of
nutritional research and the
efficacies of
Folklore Nutrition . . . and that
each of us should be dedicated to
"watching our nutrition" . . . and
walking!
