One day I stopped at the "7-11" near the apartment complex, for gas and stuff.

The young woman cashier was a "WOW!" . . . . Hilda.

I finally convinced Hilda to go out with me: fast food and a movie.

Summer ends. Hilda enrolled at Dekalb Community College, continued to work at the "7-11", and we often dated. Hilda graduated with a nursing degree - an L.P.N.

She enrolled at Georgia State University and became a R.N.

The last contact was a telephone conversation: Hilda was attending Augusta (Ga) Medical College, in its Pre-Med program, with the goal of becoming a psychiatrist.

We are both "Leo" - if you're in to astrology. Little chance of a long-lasting relationship - too much romanticism, "fire", energy.

Yet . . . concern, caring and friendship!!!
