I share with you a prayer that I say before meals and as needed:

"Father God, Christ Jesus, and Holy Spirit,
Watch over, guide, love, and protect
My mother, my daughters, my sisters, my ex-wives, my friends, and my enemies.
Please help me to help the sick, the poor, the homeless, the starving,
the dying, the lost, and the seekers of you.
Please help each of us to love and respect each other, our self, this world,
and especially you.
Please help me, teach me, to live the best possible life I might live.
These things I ask for and pray for,
In the name of the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit"
Amen.
